Use DNS, HTTP, redirect, SSL and bulk URL diagnostics only for domains and systems you own or are authorized to test. Do not use the service to violate laws, disrupt systems, upload malicious files, bypass access controls or probe systems without authorization. Requests to private/reserved IP addresses are blocked; rate limits apply.

Do not submit confidential URLs to the URL shortener. Short links are public and may redirect visitors to the destination URL. Short-link records expire after 30 days.
